Glocelia came to light in 2020 with the aim of offering high-quality gluten-free bread and pastry products. All the gluten-free products are frozen, as it allows a longer lifespan while avoiding the use of preservatives.
Our mission is to provide a solution to all users who need – or freely decide – to consume gluten-free products without giving up on the traditional flavour and texture, thus building a gluten-free world, a world for everyone.

Our R+D department formulates, elaborates and perfectionates our recipes in order to guarantee to our consumers the highest quality, reliability and flavour.
Our recipes are prepared daily in our facilities, using carefully selected high-quality ingredients. In our facilities we are exclusively dedicated to the production processes of gluten-free bread and pastries, thus avoiding possible cross-contamination and guaranteeing the safety of our consumers.
