Enjoy the crunchy texture and fluffly crumb of the multigrain bread rolls. They are rich in fiber, and now also gluten-free. Our seed mix is mostly composed of brown and gold flaxseeds, sunflower, chia and millet. A temptation hard to resist!
All bread rolls are frozen, fully baked and individually packed in a heatsealed ovenable plastic bag.

Cornstarch, water, seeds (10,39%) `{`golden flaxseed, brown flaxseed, sunflower, chia, millet, buckwheat`}`, cornmeal, rice flour, thickener agents (Xanthan gum (E415), Hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose (E464)), flaxseed meal, yeast, sugar, salt, soluble chicory, dextrose. It may contain traces of EGG, SOY, SHELL FRUITS, MILK and its derivates (including LACTOSE).
Preserve at a temperature of -18ºC.
Regenerate in a convection oven according to the following parameters, without removing from the packaging:
– Directly from the freezer to the oven: 7 minutes* at a temperature of 200ºC.
– Allowing to unfreeze at room temperature 30 minutes before using the oven: From 1 to 2 minutes* at a temperature of 180ºC. (* it may change depending on the type of oven and ventilation capacity).
