GLOCELIA was born as a service-oriented project. Our mission is to provide a solution to all users who need or wish to consume gluten-free products without having to compromise on traditional taste and texture. Thus building a gluten-free world, a world for everyone, especially for people with celiac disease, gluten intolerance, or allergies.
